Mission, Values and Purpose

Our congregation accepts and proclaims the Bible-based teachings of Martin Luther that inspired the Reformation of the Christian Church in the Sixteenth Century: Grace alone! Faith alone!  Scripture alone!

Grace Alone

God sent His son Jesus to love the unlovable and save the lost.

Faith Alone

Those who hear the good news, that Jesus died for us and won forgiveness of all sins for all people, and believe it will have eternal life.

Scripture Alone

The Bible, in its entirety, is God’s inspired, infallible, life-changing revelation of Himself. The Bible is the sole source and norm for teaching what to believe and how to live our lives.

Commonly Asked Questions

At our contemporary worship the music is led by a live praise team, Glory-bound. During our traditional service, you’ll hear our adult and children’s choir, handbell choir, and sing traditional hymns accompanied by organ or piano.

We celebrate the Lord’s Supper at all three services every weekend. Explanation of our teaching and practice of Holy Communion can be found on a laminated card In the pew rack, in our weekly Expressions newsletter, and on the screen during worship.

Stop by our Welcome Center to receive information and get your questions about Our Savior answered from friendly hosts. Any of our ushers or greeters would likewise be glad to help you find your way. Please also join us between the Sunday morning services for coffee and donut fellowship,

Nursery care for those under three years old is offered at all services, currently staffed only on Sunday mornings. Our nursery opens 15 minutes before service begins. We provide a safe, warm, and welcoming atmosphere to all those who enter our doors.

We have ample parking in our lots. Feel free to drop off someone who needs additional time or assistance near our main entry door ”B” where there is a large overpass for protection from inclement weather. Guest and handicap parking is available at the front of the parking lots closest to the building.

Prayer is important to us. Prayer requests to be included in our worship service may be submitted by filling out a yellow prayer card located at the welcome center or in the pew racks. Prayer cards are picked up and brought to the pastor during the singing of the sermon song.

Please wear what feels comfortable! Some put on their “Sunday best.” Others wear casual, comfortable apparel. We do not have a dress code, but always wish to convey reverence and respect toward our awesome God who invites us into His house, to His table, and into His presence.

Yes. Fill in the blank with your concern. We are a friendly, welcoming community of believers. We all need the healing and love only God can give in His Son Jesus, and are seeking His truth and blessing for our lives. When you walk through the doors you are part of the family.
