Mission Opportunities at OSLC

Our Savior congregation supports numerous missions and charities throughout the Quad City community and Iowa/Illinois, as well as nationally and internationally with dollars and hands-on service.  Over 10% of our annual offerings, given by members, go to bless organizations that touch people’s lives in practical ways with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Also, our members actively assist at local sites to improve access to housing, food, education and other needs in our community.  We are always looking to grow our mission activities. Let us know if you are passionate about a particular area and we can explore this together.  

Our Savior supports individual missionaries in diverse regions throughout the world such as India, Czech Republic, Ukraine, NYC, Panama and Latvia.  We also partner with students at our seminaries as they grow into our future pastors and church leaders.

We make short term mission trip opportunities available to congregation members.  Our international teams have served in Puerto Rico, Haiti, Peru, Honduras and Kenya.  In addition, disaster relief teams have responded in the Midwest and throughout the United States, as needed, after fires, tornadoes or hurricanes have devastated families and communities.
